Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the BioPoint mobile application ("App") provided by GoldenMind Enterprize LLC ("Company", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

BioPoint is a personal health tracking application that allows you to:

• Log and track health metrics (sleep, mood, energy, weight, supplements)
• Upload and analyze lab reports using AI
• Track supplement stacks and protocols
• Capture progress photos
• Sync with Apple HealthKit
• Access community features

BioPoint is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making health decisions.

• You must be at least 13 years old to use BioPoint
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account
• One account per person; sharing accounts is not permitted

BioPoint+ Subscription

BioPoint offers a premium subscription ("BioPoint+") with the following options:

• Monthly: $9.99/month, billed monthly
• Yearly: $79.99/year, billed annually (includes 7-day free trial)

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Managing Your Subscription

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings or the App Store. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Free Trial

If offered, the free trial period allows you to access BioPoint+ features at no cost. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin and you will be charged.

Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be made through Apple's support channels per Apple's refund policy.

You retain ownership of all content you create or upload to BioPoint, including health logs, photos, and lab reports. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content to provide the service.

Community Content

If you share content in the Community section (stacks, protocols), you grant other users a non-exclusive license to view and fork that content. You can unpublish shared content at any time.

Prohibited Content

You agree not to post content that is:

• Illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
• Sexually explicit or pornographic
• Promoting illegal substances or dangerous activities
• Infringing on intellectual property rights
• Spam or unsolicited advertising

We are not liable for any health outcomes resulting from actions taken based on information provided by the App.

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and branding, is owned by GoldenMind Enterprize LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Use
• Engage in abusive or fraudulent behavior
• Attempt to exploit or hack the App

You may delete your account at any time through Settings > Account > Delete Account.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoldenMind Enterprize LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for BioPoint+ in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Fulton County, Georgia.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
